Voicemail Account Setup Instructions UO Telecom replaced our aging Avaya Intuity ("Audix") voicemail system the evening of September 3, 2008. The replacement organization is chosen CallXpress. It works in much the same style every bit Audix (almost of the commonly used telephone button presses are the same), and has some additional useful features. There was no practical fashion during this migration to transfer recorded name, greetings, voicemail passwords, or stored voicemail letters from Audix to the new system.
